CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelation/Rescheduling policy: Any and all cancelations and or rescheduling must be done 48 hrs before your appointment. If not you will be required to pay 100% of the service and you will be required to pay a full deposit before making your next appointment. No call no show: If you no call no show you will be charged 100% of the service. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS Late policy: there is a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. Please call or text. After 10 minutes you are considered a no call no show and will be charged 100% of the service and your appointment is automatically canceled. * You are required to put a card on file for your initial booking* *NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ARE GIVEN* Please make sure you come with no eye makeup on if you have an eyelash extension or a lash lift and tint appointment booked.
